Inspiration: Summer BBQ – Hot Dogs
Posted by Shea
Memorial Day is right around the corner, and to me, that means the beginning of BBQ season. Luckily for all of us, Jenn from Hostess with the Mostess has designed and shared this cool BBQ party to give us tons of inspiration. The red, white, and blue color scheme is an obvious choice, and is perfect for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, or any other BBQ event. Plus, all the great printables, like these Make Your Own Hot Dogs and Drink Up signs, are available for you to download – for FREE!
I love how she used corn chips to line the basket, and the red and white checkered pattern around the containers and drinks. It’s the little details like those that make an average party a great party.
To kick it up a notch, creating hot dog “stations” with condiments and toppings from different cities, your guests can have fun trying hot dog recipes they may not have thought of before. Serving them in red and yellow baskets lined with checkered napkins is a great idea.
And these individual servings of potato salad will also make clean up a breeze.
Be sure to check out the rest of this great Summer Hot Dog BBQ, and download your free printables at Hostess with the Mostess. And if hot dogs aren’t your thing, stay tuned for tomorrow’s post on Summer BBQ featuring – Sliders. Enjoy!
