Party Obsession: Dr. Seuss Party
Posted by Shea
I’ve been seeing a lot of Dr. Seuss themed parties lately, and I must say, I LOVE them! There are so many options, because you can either pick one of his books as a theme, or you can combine a few of your favorites.
Some of the more popular themes seem to be The Cat in the Hat. Like this baby shower designed by KojoDesigns.
One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish like some of the elements in this party featured on Hostess with the Mostess .
Green Eggs and Ham, as seen in this birthday party by Blue Eyed Bride.
You could also go with any one of the many other Dr. Seuss books, and still have a cute party. Just look at this Horton Hears a Who display on Kara’s Party Ideas.
This adorable ABC party by Nesting Instincts.
Or this Hop on Pop party posted by sweets4ever on Craftster.
Besides the decorations, there are so many wonderful dessert ideas for each party as well. Take a look at a few of my favorites for each theme.

A photo booth is sure to be a fun addition at a Dr. Seuss party. Just look at these cute prop ideas from Creative Baby Shower Ideas and Briar Patch Lane. Just paint an empty frame the color you’ve chosen for your party, add a couple coordinating props, and you’re good to go. If you’re a little more crafty, then painting a cutout of your character would look great. Really, there are just so many options.
